They churned the primordial ocean, using the serpent Vasuki and Mount Mandara, to obtain Amrita the nectar of immortality. Their goal was not just power, but the ultimate elixir of renewal and eternal life.
Today, our world faces a different kind of churning. We are submerged in a sea of waste, where discarded materials create chaos for our planet. The old conflict is between consumption and conservation, between waste and worth.
